BRANDY BUTLER AND THE BROKENHEARTED

After twenty years as an all around musician working for other artists, Brandy Butler has finally chosen to go it alone. Her debut album as a solo artist is the declaration of a nonconformist. With disarming honesty and a level of emotional vulnerability so rarely experienced in today’s modern music world, Ms. Butler uses her dynamic skills as a storyteller to weave a Sagen: the emotionally cathartic, true story of a love that eventually became unrequited. The performance is raw and exposed and unfiltered, and where this is usually defined as qualities of weakness in a person, Ms. Butler’s candidness translates into a phenomenally strong performance.

ONE SENTENCE. SUPERVISOR

Formed in Baden (CH) in 2012, One Sentence. Supervisor recall the phantoms of the eighties with their catchy, misty krautpop, unencumbered by too many references. A universe that is hard to categorize, in which omnipresent synthetic sounds meet tense repetitive rhythms without ever becoming tedious.

As for their obsessive melodies playing between shadow and light, they are tinged with psychedelic colours that unfold like some celestial stairway towards the imaginary. Well-known in their native switzerland, Oss are starting to spread their wings further afield, performing at Sziget Festival in Hungary and a trip to the far East to perform at China drifting festival Shanghai & Peking. In fall 2016 they released their second record «temporär musik 1-13» through Swiss label oh, sister! Records. It was awarded «the indiesuisse album of the year 2016» and it’s nominated for the «impala european album of the year».

TATUM RUSH

Tatum Rush (born in San Diego, 1989) is a Swiss-Italian music, performance and video artist based in Lausanne and Lugano, often working between Milan and Paris. Tatum Rush’s immediately lovable pop music and smooth disco-snake persona emerge from late-night dead-end alley smoke like one of Thriller’s zombies. He can also be found slouched on a sofa, sponge hotel slippers on his feet, reading Dostoyevsky and sipping on rosé wine.
His debut album “Guru Child” was released in 2015 receiving critical acclaim. His upcoming album Mini Girls will feature international artists including legendary Zap Mama. Tatum lists collaborations with artists such as Richard Dorfmeister, Aeed, Bauchamp, Domi Chansorn and Ceri. Tatum Rush’s shows are characterized by the presence of his entourage and fit an underground NY noise club as much as they fit an aristocratic wedding on a Dubai rooftop.

YELLOW TEETH

Yellow Teeth, aka songwriter Tiziano Zandonella, started as a solo act but evolved as a band through two albums: Night Birds in 2014 and Rags and Pearls in 2016. Treating folk songs in its own way, Yellow Teeth’s songwriting is a mix of traditional influences and modern explorations. His musical approach has often been compared in the medias to pioneers such as Leonard Cohen, Neil Young or Townes Van Zandt. With an obvious care for details, Yellow Teeth write lyrics that are the core of his “folk songs and hard working blues”.
